Why is there a handicap sign next to the Word Verification when you leave a comment on someones blog? This is interesting and we must find out, WHY?

Ok, I just put my mouse over the handicap sign and it says, "Listen and type the numbers you hear." ok, this makes sense now. That is nice that they do this.
